Templemore Supported Living Service
Support Workers
In Templemore Supported Living we support adults who live in their own home across the Derry/Londonderry area. We are committed to ensuring the service users are empowered to enjoy everyday living and are part of the community they live. Our support is person centred and tailored to the individual. This gives you an opportunity to work in a role that supports the growth of independence and the expression of individuality of each of our Service Users. It will also allow you and our Service Users to experience the true essence of care in the community.
The role incorporates undertaking unsociable hours, long days, waking nights and weekends as well as personal care. Shifts vary in duration of 7.25 hours /9.25 hours /12.25 hours and 15.25 hours. An example of the current working rota will be provided upon booking an interview. Staffing ratio of two staff to one service user is present across Templemore Supported Living. To ensure safe and effective delivery of care/support to our service users specific training will be offered to support you within your role. £19.266 - £20.888 per annum*
Salary based off 39 hour per week and will be pro-rated for part time hours. Salary dependent on qualification/experience. Where the role requires sleep-ins a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
