What’s the Role: Regional Director of Care

Where You Would Work: Northern Ireland (Hybrid Working, minimum 3 days a week in an office location)
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with the desire and passion for growth, dedicated to maintaining our high standards and commitment to excellent service. The role will be responsible for the development and delivery of high quality care services to the people we support across the Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. The post-holder will design and lead the strategic and operational plans and activity for the regions in conjunction with the Director of Care and Development and the relevant Heads of Operations to maintain and develop effective, efficient and safe services through staff and resources. The post-holder will also work closely with the CEO, SLT and Development team to formulate strategic operational and development plans as required and will contribute to the strategic focus for care and support the financial targets in Praxis Care business plans.

£52,582.50 - £67,552.63
*Salary based on 37.5 hours per week. Salary dependent on experience.
